1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing Appily Twelve or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They apply to all purchases of HSN 1209 flower sowing seeds for home gardens, terraces, balconies and smallholder plots through our online conservatory storefront.

2. Who we are

APPILY TWELVE FLORAL SEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN: 29AABCT1234F1Z8 operates the Appily Twelve brand from Level 12, Conservatory Wing, Petal Arcade, Whitefield Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066.

3. Products & horticultural use

We supply annual, perennial, cut-flower, climbing and aromatic bloom seed lots curated in the Appily Twelve conservatory. Product photographs depict the flower or bloom associated with each variety. Packet artwork and lot identifiers may change between seasons. Germination depends on sowing depth, soil, water and climate — results in your garden may differ from conservatory test batches.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) for HSN 1209 flower seed lots intended for sowing.
• Stock reflects conservatory intake and supplier availability.
• Packet weights and approximate seed counts follow standard flower-seed trade tolerances.

4. Accounts & eligibility

Checkout requires a verified email address. You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

5. Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed once prepaid payment clears or cash-on-delivery is accepted at checkout.
• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and COD on supported pin codes.
• COD orders include the shipping charge shown on the review screen.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
