Returns & Refund Policy

1. When we can help

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if you received the wrong variety, the parcel arrived visibly damaged, or the lot differs materially from the product page. Include photos of the outer mailer and packet label.

2. When returns are not accepted

• Heat-sealed seed sachets opened after delivery
• Lots stored in excessive heat, direct sun or standing water
• Packages returned without the conservatory sleeve or barcode sticker

3. Refund timing

Approved prepaid refunds are credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. COD reimbursements are transferred within 7–10 business days after our review.
